Wane Drain collects only what you give us: name, phone, email, neighbourhood or postal code, and any message. We use it to respond, book and carry out work, and follow up. We do not sell it. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email. The site is hosted on a static host that may log basic technical data such as IP address. The guide is delivered by Payhip under its own policy. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at [email protected]. We follow Canada's PIPEDA. If analytics is added, this section will be updated.
Service call fee: The flood-risk assessment is free. A dispatch fee of $49.00 applies to all other service calls.
